Morgan Cohen & Bach in the commercial debt collection space came to us with a need to consolidate data from desperate sources to create visuals and actionable insights.

We built a customized GUI font-end and a back-end for MCB connecting data from their customer relationship management (CRM) system and their Sales CRM system to compute and tabulate sales statistics and quarterly metrics. The tool enabled MCB to take measured and informed actions to hit their business targets.

We also used tensorflow text tokenizer, an ML tool, to find closest relationship between mistyped information and avoid duplicate entries between two different systems.
